  • 250 gm egg noodles
  • 5 medium-sized garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely minced)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • pinch of ground black pepper (optional)
  • salt to taste


  1. Cook noodles as per the instructions given on the packet.
  2. Make sure you're using salted water for cooking noodles.
  3. Once cooked, drain and keep aside.
  4. Heat both olive oil and butter in a nonstick skillet on a medium flame.
  5. Add finely minced garlic to the skillet and stir fry for a minute.
  6. Add noodles with ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  7. Toss and gently stir for half a minute.
  8. Switch off the flame and add finely grated Parmesan cheese with finely minced parsley.
  9. Toss enough to combine everything.
