Ingredients:
- 300 gm tofu (diced)
- 100 gm shrimps (roughly chopped)
- 6 cups fish or chicken stock
- 1 small onion (finely minced)
- 1 big garlic clove (finely minced)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine both peanut and sesame oil.
- Heat it in a large cooking pot on a medium flame.
- Add finely minced onion and garlic to the pot.
- Stir fry for about a minute.
- Add tofu and shrimps to the pot with red chili powder and soy sauce.
- Stir gently and cook for a good 3 minutes.
- Add fish stock to the pot and gently stir once again.
- Simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper as per your taste and simmer again for a minute.
- Serve hot.
