  • 500 gm pluots (pitted & sliced)
  • 400 gm ripe tomatoes (chopped)
  • 325 gm fresh burrata cheese
  • oodles of extra virgin olive oil
  • roughly chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs mix
  • salt to taste


  1. Mix both pluots and tomatoes dividing them into equal parts.
  2. Place each part on the serving plate and season with salt.
  3. Drizzle generous amount of olive oil on top.
  4. Place handful quantity of burrata at the center.
  5. Sprinkle dried herbs mix on top. If it's not available, use freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Finally top the salad with chopped basil leaves and serve immediately.
