Tomato and Pluot Salad with Burrata and HerbsIt's time to make a quick salad preparation to complement your main course, perfectly. I've made a simpler version of the salad which can be easily enhanced by adding more fruits to it. If burrata is not available, use mozzarella. Feel free to use local dried herbs to add your personal touch. Though pluot is the primary ingredient of this salad recipe, I'm dead sure it may not be available, everywhere. In such a case, use a mix of plums and apricots. To get the best results, drizzle generous quantity of olive oil on top of this salad. You can refrigerate this salad a bit before serving though I love the one served at the room temperature. Let's make this flavorful tomato and pluot salad preparation, right now.
