Indian-Style Potato and Pea Curry

On
Indian-Style Potato and Pea CurryThis comforting subcontinent curry includes fragrant spices and lots of fresh peas which goes so well with the diced potatoes. I've also added tomatoes quite generously in this preparation. Generally, it is served with flatbread but one can also relish it with boiled or plain fried rice. Though I made this recipe for a large gathering, I'm going to reduce the ingredients for a four-member serving. If you want to make it richer and nutritious, add cottage cheese cubes to the recipe. Depending on your taste and preferences, feel free to change the consistency of the curry. For best results, use fresh peas. Let's not wait further and make this delicious potato and peas curry made with hot and flavorful Indian spices.
