Savor these delicious and mouth-watering avocado toasts flavored with select ingredients and salmon which gives them a unique texture and a nice flavor.

Servings: 4 toasts
Ingredients:
- 300 gm cold smoked salmon fillet (sea salt brine cured)
- 4 whole wheat or rye bread slices (toasted)
- 1 avocado
- 1-1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup edamame beans (parboiled in salted water)
- few sprigs of fresh dill (coarsely chopped)
- black sesame seeds (for garnish)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions:
- Scoop out avocado flesh in a bowl.
- Add sour cream, lime juice, ground black pepper, and kosher salt in the bowl.
- Mix everything well with a large spoon till you get a nicely flavored avocado flesh base with a smooth consistency.
- Cut smoked salmon fillet into 1/2" or 1" chunks.
- Spread a scoopful of seasoned avocado flesh on the toasted bread slice.
- Top it with coarsely chopped dill sprigs.
- Evenly spread salmon fillet chunks and parboiled edamame beans to complete the topping.
- Finish with a garnish of black sesame seeds.
- While serving, you can drizzle caramel sauce and flavored oil (completely optional) around the toasts.
