Savor these cheesy, deep fried, and scrumptious cauliflower bites coated with a crispy and flavorful dusting which gives it an irresistible taste and aroma.

  • 2 medium-sized cauliflowers (cut into florets)
  • 1/2 cup fine dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 1/3 tsp onion powder
  • lemon wedge & chopped coriander (for garnish)
  • peanut or canola oil (for deep frying)
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste


  1. Break eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of ground pepper and salt in it.
  2. Whip for a minute and keep aside.
  3. Add grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, ground pepper, and a pinch of salt in dried breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and transfer to a large flat plate.
  5. Dust all the florets with flour.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on a medium flame.
  7. One by one, dip all the dusted florets in whipped egg and roll in cheesy and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry till the bites turn golden brown.
  9. Garnish with lime wedge and chopped coriander.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
