Relish these crisp, spicy, and flavorful squid fritters one can quickly make in a few easy steps with select ingredients to liven up the hungry taste buds.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm baby squid tentacles (cleaned & washed)
- 2/3 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 medium-sized egg
- peanut oil for deep frying
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients in it except squid and peanut oil.
- Add enough water and whip to make a smooth batter base.
- Add squid and mix well.
- Heat peanut oil in a frying pan on a medium flame.
- Fry in batches till the fritters turn golden brown.
- Serve hot.
