Savor these spicy, tangy and lip smacking chicken meatballs which are flavored with select spices and are deep-fried to perfection to liven up your taste buds.

Ingredients:
- 850 gm chicken mince (coarsely ground)
- 1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds (coarsely ground)
- 1/2 tsp hot paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 6 green chilies (finely chopped)
- pinch of cinnamon powder
- few coriander or basil sprigs (for garnish)
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Except vegetable oil and garnishing sprigs, mix everything else in a large bowl.
- Make even-sized meatballs with your hands and keep aside for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and keep the flame medium-high.
- Fry all the meatballs in batches till they turn light golden brown from all the sides.
- Place the meatballs on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Garnish with coriander or basil sprigs and serve hot with a bowl of your favorite sauce.
