Hot broad beans curryGreen beans are not only nutritious but also tastes great. Today, we're going to make delicious broad beans preparation drenched in tomato sauce base with loads of garlic. The combination of tangy tomatoes and raw garlic complement each other quite well. One can add a generous amount of fresh green herbs in this recipe to further enhance the flavor. If you want to increase the number of servings, add broccoli to it. Use blanched tomatoes to get the best results. Though I've used white onions for this recipe, replacing it with red onions is advisable. We prefer serving this preparation with flatbread. One can also mix regular French beans in equal proportion to experiment with the primary flavor.
