Spicy Potato Wedges with Sour Cream and Sweet Chili Sauce

Spicy potato wedgesSeasoned fried potato wedges are quite easy-to-make and go well with tea or coffee. Depending on the type of seasoning you're using, the result can vary. I always serve potato wedges or chips with a bowl of dip or sauce. The combination of sour cream and chili sauce goes well with almost any type of deep fried snack. For best results, use long tubers of fresh potatoes and cut even wedges with a slicer. Make sure you do not fry them for long on a high flame else they'll become too crisp and hard. Use groundnut or sunflower oil to elevate the flavor. You can also use canola oil for the same. So, let's get started and make these spicy and delicious deep-fried potato wedges to liven up our evening tea time.
