Relish this simple yet scrumptious pizza preparation made with a delicious topping of garlic and red chili which gives a unique and irresistible aroma.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp dried yeast
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 big fresh red chili (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 big garlic cloves (coarsely chopped)
- pinch of white pepper powder
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Mix yeast in 4 tsp of water and mix in the flour along with sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Sift flour for half a minute and knead into soft and elastic pizza dough adding the required water.
- Cover with a plastic sheet and keep aside in a warm corner for about 45 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a comparatively thin base as compared to the regular pizza base.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, white pepper powder and salt on the base.
- Top it with chopped red chili and garlic cloves.
- Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with a bowl of spicy dip.
