Pineapple and Capsicum Pizza with Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Pineapple and bell peppers pizzaPineapple is one of the select fruits perfect for pizza toppings. Today, we're going to make a delicious pizza with a scrumptious topping made with pineapple and bell peppers. Mushrooms easily add more flesh to the topping making it a complete meal. The spice quotient of this pizza is very low which can be moderated as per your taste. Make a thin crust (if possible) to get the best results. Mushroom variety can be changed depending on the availability. To further enrich the topping, you can also add seasoned tofu cubes. As always, I'll advocate for baking the pizza crust in a wood fire oven. Let's make this fulfilling, delicious and visually appealing pizza preparation for our weekend family party.
