Grilled Garfish with Pepper and Lime

Tangy grilled garfishGarfish is one of my favorite fish varieties I love to cook for my family. It has a unique taste and is nutritious too. The following recipe can be easily prepared in a record time and is ideal for your weekend cocktail party. You can freely experiment with the seasoning as I've used a very basic one with a limited number of ingredients. For best results, keep the seasoned fish overnight in a refrigerator. Instead of grilling, you can deep fry too. Serve it with spicy cilantro or mint dip with a platter of fresh salad. Right before serving, you can also squeeze fresh lime juice on top for added flavor. Let's quickly prepare this easy-to-make and extremely delicious grilled fish recipe for our family and friends.
