
Cheesy Pizza with Tomatoes, Olives and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all purpose wheat flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried yeast
- 250 gm regular processed cheese (grated)
- 3/4th cup button mushrooms (sliced)
- 250 gm tomatoes (chopped)
- 150 gm pickled black olives
- pinch of paprika
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add 1/4 tsp salt in wheat flour and sift for half a minute.
- Mix both sugar and dried yeast in about 4 tsp of water.
- Add in flour with 3 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
- Once again mix all the ingredients well in the flour sifting it for about half a minute with your hands.
- Slowly add water and knead the flour base into nice and spongy pizza dough.
- Cover with a food grade plastic sheet and keep aside in a warm and damp corner for an hour.
- After an hour, roll the dough into a nice and big 12" to 14" pizza base.
- Make a layer of grated cheese on the base.
- Top it with a layer of sliced mushrooms followed by chopped tomatoes and pickled olives.
- Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder and a pinch of salt on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for about 6 to 8 minutes
- Serve hot with your favorite beverage.
