Spicy Chili Con Carne with Brown Rice and Greek Yoghurt

Hot and spicy chili con carneToday, we're going to make classic chili con carne which is served with light brown rice topped with Greek yogurt and a helping of steamed broccoli. It's a complete meal and tastes great as well. I love the extremely spicy version of this recipe though I've tried to moderate the hotness while making this one. If you prefer, you can also add chickpeas in this preparation apart from using red beans. Use lean beef mince to get the best results. You can easily keep this recipe in refrigerated form for up to 2 days. It just gets better when you simmer it the next day. Instead of serving it with rice, you can use regular flatbread too. So, get your pan ready and cook some magic for your family members to surprise them.
