Lip smacking lamb baguette sandiwchDelicately flavored slow cooked tender lamb meat tastes heavenly. And when served with fresh gremolata, the flavor is divine. You can make the same preparation with beef too but the cooking time needs to be adjusted accordingly. Instead of a baguette, you can use a local sandwich bread variety. Similarly, there are several variants of classic gremolata which can be tried with this preparation. I've used tender shoulder meat for this preparation though you can use boneless thigh meat too. Serve this preparation with a hot and spicy bowl of chili sauce. You can also stuff some stir-fried bell peppers in this sandwich. Without wasting any more time, let's quickly prepare this juicy and tender lamb sandwich.
