Flavored bean curd sauce grilled chickenThis delicately flavored grilled chicken recipe is one of my favorites. It goes so well with a glass of red wine. If you're hosting a weekend cocktail or barbeque party, do include this preparation in your menu to surprise your family and friends. Though I have taken chicken legs, one can use whole chicken too. The tasty marinade used for this recipe is quite sharp in flavor so take note of the proportions mentioned below. For best results, keep the marinated chicken overnight in a refrigerator. If you cannot wait, keep it marinated for at least 15 minutes. I've used golden syrup in this recipe. If it is not available in your area, you can replace it with common molasses. Let's make this tasty grilled chicken.
