Caramelized sweet potatoesIt's time to make something unique which I've never made before. How about sweetening sweet potatoes with a glaze? That's what I've done with the following recipe. It is a perfect serving for tea time and can be prepared quite easily with few ingredients. To start with, make sure you're picking the firm and fresh sweet potatoes to get the best results. If you're diabetic, I'll strongly advise skipping this one. While making this recipe, do take care as you slice the potato wedges. If they're too thin, they will break and get mashed before you start to caramelize them. You can make minor changes in the ingredients to slightly change the overall flavor. Here we go to make this tasty delight made from sweet potatoes.
