Spicy Mie Goreng with Fried EggIf you're not familiar with the name, let me tell you that mie goreng is Indonesian fried noodles recipe. I'll make the simplified version of this preparation removing chicken or seafood generally included in these noodles. Though egg noodles go well with this recipe, one can use instant noodles too. The sweet soy sauce used in the preparation is easily available in superstores. A number of servings can be increased by adding peas or broccoli in it. To get the authentic flavor, use traditional Chinese wok. Instead of fried egg, poached eggs can also be used. I often make this recipe for breakfast as it can be prepared in quick time. Let's prepare this popular Indonesian fried noodles recipe for our loved ones.
