Grilled Calamari with Sour Cream and CheeseWhenever I cook calamari in grilled form, I couldn't resist adding cream in it in different forms. The secret to a perfect grilled calamari recipe is to add cream after grilling right before serving. This way, you get the best flavor and texture. You can make the same recipe with prawns and shrimps too. Though I've used canned sour cream, using the fresh home version can bring a noticeable difference in the flavor. As I always advocate, grilling such recipes on a charcoal fire significantly improves the aroma and taste. Do not hesitate to add seasonal fresh green herbs in this preparation. So, let's prepare our grill to make this mouthwatering calamari preparation for our friends and family members.
