Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 sandwich slices (sesame coated)
- 8 salmon slices
- 1 cup cream cheese
- small bunch of spinach leaves (small & tender)
- pinch of paprika
- 1 tsp lime juice
- pinch of fresh ground black pepper
- 8 to 10 tomato slices
- lettuce sprigs (for garnish)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Burn oak wood in a smoker and place salted salmon slices on top.
- Cover the lid and smoke for about 15 minutes.
- Mix ground pepper, paprika, olive oil and lime juice in cream cheese.
- Whip it well for a minute.
- Take one sandwich slice and apply a layer of seasoned cream cheese.
- Place tomato slices above it.
- Follow it with a layer of smoked salmon slice.
- Top it with spinach leaves layer and finish with another slice of sandwich bread.
- Grill it for a minute on low temperature.
- Garnish with lettuce sprig and serve immediately.
