Garlicky Fried Veggies with Baby Corn and TofuI simply love the combination of baby corn and tofu. And, whenever both these eatables are combined with seasoned and stir-fried veggies, they simply taste heavenly. I've included a generous amount of fresh garlic in this recipe to give it a nice and yummy flavor. If you don't like garlic, you can omit it. Needless to say, use of fresh homemade tofu is always recommended though you can use the packed version too. You can make slight changes in the seasoning ingredients quantities to balance the flavor as per your preferences. To get the best results, stir-fry the veggies on a high flame in a traditional Chinese wok. So, let's quickly make this sharp and delicious recipe for our family members.
