Roasted Chicken Breast with Garlic, Potato and Lentil PureeThis recipe is a complete meal packed with vital nutrients. Fresh chicken breast is one of the prerequisites to get the best results. I've tried to keep the entire preparation light and subtle so that everyone can enjoy it. Boiled lentils are a good source of protein and taste great too. Addition of garlic ensures you get a nice texture and flavor. Instead of chicken breast, you can also use duck fillets though the taste may change significantly. Instead of roasting, one can also bake the chicken breast to reduce the amount of oil used in the recipe. I've not mashed the lentils completely which can be changed to puree too. Let's make this delicious and aromatic chicken recipe in a few easy steps.
