I always advocate using local fresh substitutes while making a recipe, but for this preparation, I'll strongly recommend sticking to the original ingredients for getting the best results. No pizza is complete without loads of cheese in the topping. And that's what we've done with this pizza to ensure the topping is moist, juicy and flavorful. Use a closed charcoal or wood oven for this pizza to get the original flavor and texture. Red onions are must for this pizza and cannot be replaced by their white cousins. Similarly, use a spicy version of lamb or beef sausage. Let's make this scrumptious and fulfilling pizza recipe.
