  • 2 cucumbers (nice & big)
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 1 big white onion
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • few drops of white vinegar (optional)
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Wash tomatoes and cucumber under running water.
  2. Slice cucumber through potato chips maker to give a nice ripple effect.
  3. Slice tomatoes and white onion in your desired shape.
  4. Take a large salad bowl and add sliced tomatoes, white onion and cucumber in it.
  5. Take a small bowl and add chili flakes, sesame oil, lime juice, white vinegar, sugar, salt and olive oil in it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients with spoon for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Pour this sharp and spicy dressing on the salad.
  8. Toss the bowl so that everything is mixed well.
