Do once make this tangy, sweet and spicy salad preparation made with cucumber and bell peppers which are spiced up with flavorful seasoning ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup capsicum (diced)
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- 2 to 3 tsp fresh lime juice
- few drops of sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp sweet chili sauce
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- To get the best results, make it fresh right before serving.
- Take a large salad bowl and add capsicum, cucumber, red onion and tomatoes in it.
- Toss and mix well with a spoon.
- Take a small bowl and add fresh lime juice, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and a pinch of salt in it.
- Whip it for a minute with a small spoon.
- Pour the salad dressing on the salad.
- Toss and mix with a wooden spatula.
- Serve immediately with your main course entry.
