Semolina Coated Crab Fritters with Herbs and PaprikaWhenever it comes to making fritters from seafood, crab is my first choice. It's easy to cook and tastes great in any form. For best results, take just the tender meaty part of the crab. Since dried herbs are used for seasoning these fritters, you can use the local variants of the same. You can also include shredded dried shrimps in the batter to get a different texture and flavor. If you do not prefer deeply fried preparations, you can shallow fry them in a nonstick grill pan. Needless to say, serving fritters without a flavorful dip or sauce is never recommended. Cream and mint dip goes so well with these delicious fritters. Let's make this scrumptious and crispy starter preparation in a few easy steps.
