Make this simple yet delicious preparation which includes crisp chicken breasts grilled delicately with breadcrumbs coating and served with roasted veggies.

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 big potato (parboiled)
  • 1 carrot (sliced)
  • pinch of paprika
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (coarsely ground)
  • pinch of white pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 to 8 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Take a flat plate and add breadcrumbs, paprika, dried herbs and salt in it with 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and apply the crispy seasoned coating on the chicken breast pieces.
  3. Take zucchini, potato and carrot in a plate and sprinkle garlic powder, white pepper powder and salt on them.
  4. Take a nonstick grill pan and heat 3 tsp olive oil in it.
  5. Add seasoned vegetables and roast them on a low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Grease a grilling tray with olive oil and add breadcrumb coated chicken breasts in it.
  7. Grill in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Take a serving plate and place roasted vegetables on one side.
  9. Carefully place grilled chicken breast on the other side and serve hot.
