Moist Chocolate Cake with Malt Ice Cream

Moist Chocolate Cake with Malt Ice CreamGenerally, I make layered cake with different flavors. This one is quite different having loads of chocolate. Accompanying malt ice cream adds punch to the recipe elevating the entire texture and flavor. While serving, make sure the cake is at room temperature and the ice cream is just about to melt. Use dark chocolate for this recipe to get the authentic flavor. If you prefer to do some experimentation, you can add a layer of white chocolate to the cake. To increase the number of servings, you can also add sugar-coated cherries on the plate. Combination of melted white and dark chocolate can also be tried for this cake. Let's make this sweet surprise for our loved ones to make them happy.
