Grilled Tuna Fillet with Balsamic Sauce and Pepper

Grilled Tuna Fillet with Balsamic Sauce and PepperThis week I'm going to post two fish recipes and this is the first one. Generally I prefer to cook tuna with vegetables but this time it is grilled with a flavorful sauce. Balsamic vinegar, if used correctly can help you create irresistible marinades and sauces. Avoid using frozen tuna to get the best results. Depending on your preferences, you can modify the seasoning used in the sauce. If possible, serve these yummy fillets with red wine. You can also keep the marinated fillets in a refrigerator grilling them right before serving. As I always say, if tuna fillets are not available in your locality, use salmon for this recipe. Let's make this exotic, scrumptious and flavorsome tuna recipe in a few easy steps.
