Cheesy Mushroom Toast with Pepper and Herbs

Cheesy Mushroom Toast with Pepper and HerbsThis toast has a Greek touch of spices and tastes heavenly. I've used edible wild mushrooms though you can use regular button mushrooms too. Asiago cheese goes so well with toasts. If you cannot find it, use regular Parmesan cheese or the more common processed cheese slices. Mushrooms cook very quickly and taste good too provided you've amalgamated them with a nice collection of herbs and spices. Serve these hot toasts with strong coffee or flavored milk. As far as the bread is concerned, you can either use French toast bread or the regular one available in your home. If you want to increase the number of servings, add eggplants or sliced zucchini along with mushrooms and cheese.
