Baked Salted Chicken with Rose Wine and CreamThis unique and classic chicken recipe will melt in your mouth leaving you craving for more servings. The delicate balance of cream and rose wine gives a wonderful texture as well as irresistible flavor to the chicken. To get the best results, use rock salt and do not remove the outer skin of the chicken. This exotic recipe goes well with red wine. If you don't have rose wine, you can use plum wine too. I've also tried the same preparation with duck which came out quite well. The leftovers of this recipe can be shredded and pickled easily. If you want a bit spicy version, use mint with the sweet paprika coating. Let's make this delicious, irresistible and mildly flavored baked chicken recipe in a few easy steps.
