Do make this classic Macedonian salad recipe which is changed a little bit for added flavor making it more delicious as well as nutritious at the same time.

Ingredients:
- bunch of lettuce
- 1 cup beetroots (diced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1/2 cup peas (boiled)
- 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- few drops of sesame oil
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of white pepper powder
Instructions:
- Take a small bowl and add cider vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, salt and white pepper powder in it.
- Mix all the ingredients with a spoon for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Keep the salad dressing aside.
- Take a large salad bowl and arrange lettuce leaves at the base.
- Mix carrots, beetroots and peas in a separate bowl.
- Add salad dressing to this bowl and toss well.
- Arrange the seasoned salad ingredients on the lettuce bed.
- Refrigerate for about half an hour.
- If you prefer, you can serve at room temperature too.
- Serve with your main course entry.
