Spicy Fish Patties with Herbs and Mint

Spicy Fish Patties with Herbs and MintThese fish patties are crisp from outside but tender and delicious from inside. Instead of deep frying these patties, you can shallow fry them with a minimal amount of healthy cooking oil. Pick a fish that has a firm meat and tastes good. Use a combination of fresh semolina and corn flour to get the crispy outer crust. You can also use dried breadcrumbs for the same. Although my kids love potato patties the most, this one also managed to come on their favorites list. You can also add crushed and semi boiled corn in these patties to get a unique texture. You must consume these fish patties on the same day as the fish meat captures moisture if kept for a long time. Let's make these scrumptious fish patties.
