Aromatic Prawns in Red Sauce CurryThis delicious curry is cooked in hot and spicy red curry giving it an irresistible look. We prefer to eat it with rice though adding them to handmade egg noodles is also one of the good options. The red sauce used for curry is quite spicy that can be toned down reducing the number of spices mentioned in the ingredients list. These prawns can be easily kept in a refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days. To make it bit colorful, you can add broccoli and bell peppers too. Vegetarians can use the same ingredients to make tofu or cottage cheese. Instead of keeping curry with a thin consistency, you can further dry it up adding more butter to get the glazed prawns. Let's quickly make these spicy and tasty prawns.
