Greek Meatballs with Turkish Bread and Mint YoghurtThis exotic meatball recipe will leave you licking your fingers even after finishing the platter. These Greek meatballs are served with creamy tomato gravy topped with mint yogurt. Though Turkish bread goes well with this preparation, rice can also be served. In that case, you can increase the amount of tomato gravy. The texture of these meatballs should be soft and they should break easily with a fork. You can either deep fry or can shallow fry these meatballs. During tea time, you can also serve these meatballs without any gravy. I've used lamb meat for this recipe, but beef can also be used. For best results, instead of using coarsely ground or finely chopped lamb meat, go for fresh lamb mince.
