Thin Crust Pizza with Bresaola and Rocket Lettuce

Thin Crust Pizza with Bresaola and Rocket LettuceThis classic Italian pizza has a strong and pungent flavor. And, with a crisp and thin crust, you cannot afford to leave even a small piece on the plate. If you cannot find bresaola in your area, you can use a local variant of the salted beef slice for this recipe. Rocket lettuce has a strong and pungent flavor and helps in elevating the overall texture of this preparation. Use fresh homemade tomato sauce to get the best results. I always advocate of using local pizza cheese to get the best flavor. Instead of using Parmesan, you can take a cheese with a stronger flavor to compliment rocket lettuce and other spices. If you struggle to make the crispy thin crust of this pizza, add some cornflour and semolina.
