Roasted Chicken Wings with Herbs and Pepper

Roasted Chicken Wings with Herbs and PepperThe following recipe is a perfect choice for weekend cocktail parties. All you need is a large bowl of chicken wings, select herbs and spices and an open-air charcoal grill. Boneless lamb or chicken can also be used instead of chicken wings. Though my family members don't like it, I prefer to use a generous amount of mint flavor for this recipe. Roast these spicy chicken wings on a low flame to get the best results. Serve it with chili sauce and onion rings. Leftovers of this recipe can be included in a rice preparation. You can also add them to a meat stew or gravy. If you do not have a charcoal grill, use a nonstick grill pan on a low flame. Let's make these spicy, moist, delicious and lip-smacking chicken wings.
