One large crepe is good enough for 3 to 4 servings. Instead of chocolate chips, you can also use the dark chocolate sauce with generous amount of crunchy dry fruits. Fruity and chocolaty crepes

Enjoy these delicious crepes which are stuffed with chocolate chips and loads of fresh strawberries which give it an irresistible flavor that’s beyond words.

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Servings: 6

  • 400 gm refined flour
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 500 gm fresh strawberries
  • 100 gm powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp coffee powder
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 5 tsp refined oil
  • pinch of salt


  1. Blend milk and egg yolks for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Take refined flour in a bowl and add blended milk and egg yolk.
  3. Add cinnamon powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula and whip it into a smooth batter.
  5. Add water, if necessary.
  6. Heat a large and flat nonstick pan on a medium flame.
  7. Grease it with refined oil and pour a scoopful of crepe batter.
  8. Spread it across the pan by tilting it on all the sides.
  9. Fry it on a very light flame till it turns light brown and crisp.
  10. Stuff each crepe with chocolate chips and fresh strawberries.
  11. Sprinkle powdered coffee and sugar on top before serving.
