Relish this nutritious and fiber packed salad consisting of avocado, tomatoes with pickled olives and loads of lettuce with cilantro with a sharp dressing.

  • 400 gm raw avocado (sliced)
  • 400 gm tomatoes (sliced)
  • bunch of lettuce (chopped)
  • small bunch of cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pickled green olives (optional)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • pinch of white pepper powder
  • 3 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of salt


  1. Since avocados are very delicate, you must add them in the last step just before serving.
  2. Take a large salad bowl and add tomatoes, lettuce and cilantro in it.
  3. In a small bowl add sesame oil, white pepper powder, lime juice, olive oil and salt.
  4. Mix it well for about a minute.
  5. Add green chili and pickled olives in the large salad bowl and mix with a spatula.
  6. Find add sliced avocado and once mix gently.
  7. Pour the tangy and spicy salad dressing from top.
  8. Toss it gently to let the dressing spread evenly across the ingredients.
