Pan-fried Eggplants with Honey and CheeseAlthough my kids do not love eggplants, I simply enjoy them in any form. Here they're available in several colors viz., light purple, dark purple, light grayish, white and green. The most popular variant is, of course, dark purple. Fried eggplants can be cooked in different ways. Use round eggplants for making such recipe to get the best results. The combination of cheese and honey may sound odd, but they compliment each other so well if mixed in a correct way. I've pan-fried these eggplants though you can grill or bake them too in a microwave. The same process can be repeated with zucchini chips. I love to stuff these slices between my morning sandwiches. Let's make this recipe now.
