Crispy fried fingersScrambled eggs can literally be made in hundreds of ways. Whether you're using herbs, veggies or meat, eggs always blend so well with almost every ingredient. Parmesan is always my first choice when it comes to using cheese in a recipe. I've kept this recipe simple but it can liven up with some imagination. While making these eggs, make sure you use the right quantity of cheese else the texture and taste will spoil. Quite similar to roasted tomatoes, you can also add roasted bell peppers and mushrooms to make it more nutritious. Do not forget to serve chicken sausages and hot coffee with these scrambled eggs to complete the delicious menu. Let's make these cheesy and scrumptious eggs.

Cheesy scrambled eggs with herbs

Try this easy-to-make scrambled eggs preparation which includes generous amount of cheese with herbs and is served with seasoned and roasted fresh tomatoes.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Servings: 4

  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • pinch of white pepper powder
  • 1 small white onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 small tomatoes (sliced in halves)
  • pinch of black pepper powder
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • few drops of apple vinegar
  • small bunch of fresh basil (chopped)
  • 5 to 6 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Whip all the eggs in a bowl with white pepper powder, chopped white onion, apple vinegar, garlic powder and salt.
  2. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on tomatoes and roast them in a microwave for about 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Take a large and flat pan and heat olive oil in it.
  4. Add seasoned and whipped eggs and beat it continuously with a spatula.
  5. Slowly add grated Parmesan cheese and switch the flame to slow.
  6. Add chopped basil and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Take a serving plate and place scrambled eggs on the base.
  8. Top it with seasoned and roasted tomatoes.
  9. Serve it with garlic bread and fruit juice.
  10. You can also mix stir fried mushrooms in this recipe.
