Aromatic Deep Fried Chili ChickenDeep fried chicken can be cooked in so many different ways. The difference lies in batter and spices used for the marinade. The following recipe is quite spicy and if you prefer a milder flavor, make sure to reduce the number of peppers used in this preparation. You can also repeat the same process for making spicy fish fritters. Addition of coarsely grounded herbs within the batter increases the flavor by many folds. Leftovers of this recipe can be included in fried rice. Tamarind sauce goes so well with these spicy chicken chunks. Right before serving, squeeze a generous amount of lime juice on top.
