Fiery Fish Balls with Purple Cabbage and Sliced LemonAlthough fried fish fillets are good enough to help you salivate easily, including the fillets in a spicy fried ball base can take it a step further. The following recipe includes potatoes, cottage cheese and salmon fillets with a spicy and aromatic seasoning. I've used chili flakes and black pepper for a spicy flavor which can be omitted or reduced to suit your taste. To hold the balls firmly together while deep frying, you must add semolina and coarsely ground chickpea flour. You can also make fried chicken balls using the same ingredients. Vegetarians can, of course, increase the amount of cottage cheese and potatoes entirely replacing the minced fish meat. Let's make these delicious fried fish ball fritters.
