Cooking time: 8 minutes
Servings: 5

  • 750 gm boneless chicken pieces
  • 5 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • pinch of white pepper powder
  • pinch of black pepper powder
  • pinch of cumin seeds powder
  • pinch of clove powder
  • pinch of cinnamon powder
  • few drops of apple vinegar
  • 8 to 10 tsp refined cooking oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Wash all the chicken pieces.
  2. Take a bowl and add all dried spice powders in it.
  3. Add lime juice, refined oil, apple vinegar and salt too.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well for about one minute.
  5. Pour the spicy and aromatic marinade on chicken pieces and apply it well with your hands.
  6. Take wooden skewers and pierce marinated chicken pieces in it.
  7. Grill on a high flame for about 8 minutes turning on all sides.
  8. Apply more oil if necessary during the grilling process.
  9. Serve hot with a fiery and tangy sauce.
