Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach and Cottage Cheese

Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach and Cottage CheeseThis is an exotic chicken breast recipe ideal for a main course entry. I've stuffed fresh spinach and homemade cottage cheese that's seasoned with an aromatic combination of herbs and spices. You can either serve them with a gravy base or can directly consume the grilled version. Instead of cottage cheese, you can also stuff mushrooms to get a different flavor. I normally serve it with plain fried rice and a creamy sauce base. You can use the same stuffing and spices while preparing stuffed mutton rolls. It cooks fairly quickly as the spinach and cottage cheese stuffing requires minimal heat. Use a small and tender chicken to get the best results. Let's make this moist, tender, aromatic and scrumptious chicken recipe.
