Crisp Fried Tofu with Carrots and Chinese CabbageCheese in any form is relished by my kids, provided it is fresh and is cooked well. Tofu is quite versatile and can be made in different forms. Today's pan-fried version is quite spicy and can be directly added to any form of noodles. Remember, every fried tofu recipe must be consumed within 24 hours else it may not taste good. You can generously sprinkle grated cheese over this recipe to make it more creamy and irresistible. Apart from carrots and Chinese cabbage, you can also add barleycorns and capsicum. If you're using homemade tofu, nothing can be better than that. Instead of using standard sauces and spices mentioned in the ingredients list, you can use local variants to get your preferred taste.
