Mushroom and Spinach Fritters with Mint and CheeseIf you're a regular reader of this food blog, you'll notice that I often come up with tea time snacks. Today is yet another fritter ideal both for tea time as well as for the cocktail parties. In fact, you can also use them as starters. Use small and tender spinach leaves for the best results. Although I've used classic button mushrooms for these fritters, you can substitute them with a local variant. Similarly, you can also experiment with the cheese used in the preparation. Make sure you do not increase the number of mint leaves else it will overwhelm other ingredients changing the taste of this delicious snack. You can also add cauliflowers and potatoes in these fritters. Let's make this delicious and crispy snack.
