Grilled Salmon with Tomato Salsa and AvocadoThis continental main course meal is perfect for dinner when served with seasoned rice. You can use any fresh water fish for making this preparation though salmon will give you the best results. It's not mandatory to go ahead with the same marinade presented here. You can always experiment with the local ingredients to give a different touch to the original recipe. I always prefer to serve this recipe with a tangy beverage that is not necessarily alcohol based. If you have a wood-based grill, you are promised to get an absolute scrumptious flavor. Just before serving, squeeze lime juice over the grilled crust of the fillet. This will ensure that every scrap is finished before the plate is turned away.
