Fried Rice Vermicelli with Chicken, Egg, and BasilRecently, I've started preferring vermicelli over noodles. The reason is simple. They cook much faster and are light on the stomach. Although I've cooked chicken several times with noodles before, this one is quite different due to the presence of exotic spices and herbs. The overall texture of the preparation is more or less the same but the taste beats all of its predecessors. You can either use wheat or rice vermicelli for this recipe. One can also add some sliced sausages to further enhance the flavor and quantity. Since fresh eggs are used in this preparation, you must consume it in a day or two. Apart from basil, you can also give a hint of thyme and mint. Let's make this fulfilling and yummy recipe.
